You did a good job of finding this exact outfit, however, I personally think it's hideous.
I hate those kinds of jeans.
The cigarette makes this outfit look like a costume.
I actually like the high-waisted jeans...they're comfy!
I still think if you add a mustache she looks like a cuban drug lord!!
