I think this was an accidental outfit. I think she was probably running to her car to get her ciggies or something, threw on whatever was lying about, and got caught by cameras.
She's probably laughing at us all, just like Katie with her peg legs. The joke isn't the outfit; the joke is that someone will see it and copy!
i love the outfit. its simple and chic. I wear something similar all the time.

In this case, simple = sloppy, and chic = cheap. If you dress this way anywhere in plain sight, please stop! She doesn't have to be red carpet ready, but just clean up. Wow. this is not cool.

That blue bag is a odorized diaper sack. She was so busted taking out a dirty diaper.
I love the shorts and wished I had her legs, but hate the boots.
I still think moccasin boots are hideous. Otherwise, it's not so bad, but $70 is awfully unfrugal for a pair of shorts.
